3C Packaging Inc is the leading full-service designer and manufacturer of printed packaging components. We are growing and need to expand our staff in our Carton Die Cutting Department. We are looking for experienced Operators to complete our team’s expansion to a 7 day operation. This position will be on a 12 hour schedule which rotates on and off every 3 days.
Prior print/packaging experience is a plus, but not necessary. This position will perform setups, maintenance, troubleshooting and maintain production levels by minimizing downtime. Experience in Die Cutting necessary. Carton Die Cutting is highly preferred.

-Maintain and apply all Safety and Quality guidelines
-Communicate efficiently with team members
-Read and understand production control records
-Make quality decisions based on training and job ticket.
-Maintain production levels and minimize downtime
-Setup, troubleshoot, maintain, and operate all die cutting machines
-Train new employees and improve team building relationships
-Demonstrate positive/professional leadership abilities
-Follow and foster LEAN philosophies and practices
-Arrive to work every day, on time, prepared and ready to work
-Flexibility to changes in schedules and job orders
-Attention and willingness to avoid shortcuts and assumptions
-Possess a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
-Demonstrate and perform basic math skills
-Abiltiy to push, pull, lift and carry up to 70lbs
